Installation has begun on the next generation central air conditioning systems. Our WST-100 provides the Roosevelt Building
with heating, cooling and approximately 3,000 gallons of drinking water per month. Our system is seamlessly integrated with
the municipalities water supply to offset the buildings demand. Video coming soon!
A 103 year old historic building is being converted to a zero energy use structure utilizing alternative methods from around
the world.

The Roosevelt is located in the heart of Ybor City Florida, Tampa Bay's historic entertainment district. The property was
originally used as a watering station for President Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders. Ybor City's 7th Avenue was recently
awarded one of 10 best streets in America by the American Planning Association : 7th Avenue Award.
The building will serve as infrastructure for creative expression, business incubation and host a wide array of cultural events.
