I have more than 20 years of experience as a Marine biologist working on independent research and for different
organizations. My expertise with filtration system design in combination with my family trade and over 10 years of
personal experience on the HVAC industry (air conditioning) has made it possible to combine these two
industries to launch our final product.

Dave Jr. grew up in his father's construction business and was instrumental in the company's expansion into sheet
metal. In 2000 Dave moved to Florida with his family and entered the real estate profession in Sarasota, FL

Consulting Group because of the level of international exposure and innovative business ideas. Dave is an owner in

starting in his family's business, McMurray and Sons, Inc. Becoming President in 1976, the company has
diversified from primarily a Roofing Contractor to include General, Sheet Metal, Insulation, and Asbestos Removal
certifications.
Mr. McMurray is President and CEO of DWM Enterprises and DandB Properties of Tulsa, Commercial Real Estate
holding companies wiith properties in California and Oregon.
As a member of the Board of Directors of FORTIX LLC, an IT service provider in Portland OR, Mr. McMurray was
instrumenetal in the sale of the company to a regional IT provider.
Mr. McMurray is past President of Humboldt Builders Exchange, Paul Harris Fellow; served on numerous
committees for the Eureka Chamber of Commerce and the Builders Exchange.
Mr. McMurray is Director Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Humboldt National Bank. During his tenure at
Humboldt Bank he Chaired, or was a member of, the Formation Committee, Stock Subscription Committee,
Building Construction Committee and the Loan Committee.

use the sun to heat our pool and the household hot water. A low voltage hot water recirculation system ensures we
do not waste hot water when we need it at the faucet. CFL and LED lamps are standard in our household fixtures.
